After the success of running our first One Day Bootcamp at MERE HOUSE FARM, NORTHWICH we are planning our next one!

We worked in partnership with ALL FITNESS GROUP to design a fun and energised day for all those in the surrounding areas:

5k run (all abilities) 45 minutes
Boxercise session 45 minutes
BREAK (snack) – SEMINAR – “THE IMPORTANCE OF NUTRITION” 30 minutes
Bootcamp session 45 minutes
LUNCH 45 minutes
SEMINAR – “STRESS & SLEEP how it effects FAT LOSS” 30 minutes
Core circuit 45 minutes
BREAK (snack) – 30 minutes
Team Event​ 45 minutes
Summary and Cool Down 30 minutes
